We are Kick It Forward.
We aim to develop athletic and life skills in youth soccer players, providing them with powerful resources to live healthy lives and promote social change.
This is our story.
Kick It Forward (KIF) was founded by local business leaders who, after successful college soccer careers, wanted to share their passion for the game with the next generation. KIF is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in operation since 2012 and is overseen by a three-person Board of Directors comprised of local law and current business professionals.
This is what we’ve done…so far.
To date, we’ve helped build 23 Mini-Pitches across the state of Iowa, with more in the works. We have also helped facilitate Mini-Pitches in Nebraska, Michigan and Rhode Island (double), bringing our total up to 27 nationwide. Additionally, through 2022, our grassroots programming serves over 1,000 kids annually.
